Every name, qualification, phone and clinic address is taken from the official SAMD Directory Version 2.0 (published 26 June 2024).
Map pins use the listed hospital or neighbourhood — Unity Hospital, Divine Hiba, New Civil Hospital, Shalby Adajan, Kamrej, Kosamba, Bharuch Panchbatti and the rest of South Gujarat — so directions open on the right street, not a city centroid.
